Aviocean has a global network of freight forwarders through which we are able to provide exceptionally competitive rates and services. Aviocean have a staff complement of 120, all of whom are highly qualified.
Aviocean is an owner managed business where family members are personally responsible and involved in the daily activities of the company. Together with our staff, some of whom have been with the company from inception, the team is passionate about our customers' shipments and everyone goes to extra lengths to provide a professional and personal service to make sure their cargo arrives on time.
We believe that in order to succeed in today's ever-changing market we need to offer good value for money, proactive management, integrity, communication and big company benefits but with small company personalized service levels.
Emphasis is on customer relationships and service and our objective is long term development rather than short term profit.

CERTIFICATION
We are members of the Chamber of Commerce, the South African Association of Freight Forwarders and are National Regulator and Customs and Excise accredited. We are registered as Customs Brokers in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town and operate deferments with SA Revenue Services in all regions.
MICHELLE DAVIDS
GM: KwaZulu-NatalMichelle has worked in the logistics industry for 23 years, holding positions in sales, operations and finance. She has worked and gained experience with international clearing and forwarding companies where she filled roles, including management, in forwarding (imports and exports) sea, air and road, warehousing, transport and cross border shipments.
Michelle is passionate about logistics and loves the challenges, which she finds stimulating. She has a strong leadership style and is committed to her staff constantly upskilling and developing.
Michelle is married with two boys. Her motto is to live a life of quality, balancing home and work and self.
JEAN GNESIN
GM: Cape TownJean has a wealth of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. During the past twenty five years Jean has held various management positions and gained experience and skills in imports, international shipping, warehouse operations and freight forwarding.
Jean is a strong operations professional with a Diploma focused on Labour Law from The Graduate Institute of Management & Technology. As a proficient leader, Jean feels that one of the most important aspects of leadership is building and developing people so that they achieve results through others as a cohesive team and help each other to continually learn and grow as colleagues.
Jean is married and has a son.
ADELIA HERRIDGE
GM: Avio Clearing & ForwardingBorn in Vereeniging, Adelia studied a Bcom Law at the University of Pretoria and found her way into the freight industry in 2006.
She has experience in all areas of the freight industry and joined Avio Clearing in February 2019 as GM and runs the region with passion and commitment.
Adelia enjoys building strong customer relationships and is results driven and an entrepreneurial manager.
Adelia is married, no children, and enjoys outdoor activities.
